How it works

Three steps, and the wall does the rest.

  1. Set up your board

    Choose a title, the kind of board, your colors and your screen, and add a message and a picture for the sidebar. Launch it right away, or schedule when it starts and ends.

  2. Guests fill the wall

    Everyone scans the QR code on the big screen and adds an image or short video (on a grid they tap an open square first). Nothing handy? They can design a picture right in the browser.

  3. You stay in control

    You approve or reject each submission before it shows up. When your event is over, the board comes down and everything on it is kept safe for 30 days.

Raise money for your cause

Turn every square into a donation. You set the price, guests pay you directly, and your wall fills up while your event happens.

  • Sell squares

    Put a price on a square, like $10, and tell guests how to pay: Venmo, PayPal, cash or your own payment link. Every guest who claims a square is a supporter.

  • Some squares worth more

    On a grid board you can set a higher price for premium squares, like the middle or the border. They are marked, so guests can see which ones are special.

  • Take cash at the door

    Hand out one-use codes, or print cards of them, to anyone who pays in cash. The guest types the code instead of paying online.

  • Unpaid squares open up again

    A square is held for the time you choose, like 24 hours. If the payment never shows up, the square opens again for someone else. You mark a square as paid when you see the money.

  • Your cause, front and center

    The big screen shows your title, your message and your logo next to the wall, with a QR code so everyone can join in.

  • You are paid directly

    Guests pay you, not us. WallZooki never touches the money or takes a cut of what you raise.
